Absolute Beginners

Starter courses are great for those that haven’t hooped before or for those that want to start from the beginning and refresh at a slower pace.

Improvers

For those that have hooped a bit before. A Starter course is a pre-requisite. Hoopers coming to these courses must be able to hoop at the waist and the hands. They must be able to Fig 8 and mover the hoop from the waist to above the head using a lift.

Intermediate

For hoopers that have been hooping a while and are familiar with most tricks. This class focuses on more advanced variations, twins and enhancing personal creativity.
