Two classes:
Starter Class – Absolute Beginners/Refreshers Welcome! – 7.15-8.15pm
A 6 wk course suitable for those that have never hooped before or for people wanting to refresh/learn at a slower pace by starting from the beginning. This course will cover all the foundation moves and teach you how to move and dance with them.
There is no limit to the number of times you can take this (the second half will always change) but please be aware that the pace and content of the class will be to suit absolute beginners

Improvers Class (Routine based) – Blame it on the Boogie part 1 – 6-7pm
A 6-week class for students that have hooped before – each class covers a sequence of moves and at the end of the course it’ll fit together as a routine

If you don’t fancy a routine based class then there are standard subject based improvers classes running in St Werburgh’s and Totterdown this block.
