You will learn to hoop at the waist and on the hands and get a feel for what hooping is all about!

By the end of either session you’ll have a ton of new impressive tricks and will be dancing with your hoop! If you come to both sessions you’ll have twice he number of tricks to play with! If you are an absolute beginner please come to the free taster session as well.
