Using adult dance hoops you’ll start by mastering hooping at the waist (yes, all of you!!) and progress to impressive tricks like back rolls, throws, hooping on the arms and even partner hooping with two in a hoop!
You will use your new tricks to learn an exciting hoopdance routine!
The hen receives a custom-made adult dance hoop as a memory of the day.
